400 actual /600 desired minutes of exercise
59.32 actual /90 desired miles of walking or biking
I am not discouraged, this is more than I did in February so I have progressed forward. I started out with my stationary recumbent bike and would be thrilled to burst up to 18mph. Now I can reach 26mph during a burst - my kids think I am pretty amazing! I certainly can't maintain it but I can get up there. At the beginning I thought a heart rate of 130-135 was work, now I easily maintain around 145bpm. I love to see that my heart is stronger and improving!!!
Just the fact that I have kept this up for 2 months is better than the past. So I will start April with the same goals and intend to get even closer and hopefully meet them this time. I know that I will be further along than I was last month and will be strong than I am today. What about you, how will your health be different in one month?

Way to go Janey. Where do you keep your recumbent bike? My excuse to not doing it is not having a good place to have it.
it is in our front room, right in front of the window. Then I can see the lovely view and have a cool breeze. And it is right in the middle of everything so I can see everyone and manage the morning!
